What does the full-service offering from hey! Events include?

Our full service includes the complete organization and execution of your event. This includes advice and planning, selection and booking of the location, catering, logistics and on-site support.

Is there a minimum budget for events?

Our events usually start at around 10,000€. Depending on the size, requirements and setup, we will provide you with transparent advice on which options within your budget can be implemented sensibly and realistically.

Can we also only book parts (e.g. only location + catering)?

Sure! We offer complete packages as well as modular solutions — just the way it suits you.

Which cities and regions do you cover?

We are active in all major cities in Germany — Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, Cologne, and many more.

How customizable is my event?

Very individual! We attach great importance to designing every event exactly according to your ideas and wishes. From the choice of topics to the menu to the decoration — we make sure that your event is unique.

How far in advance should I book my event with hey! Events?

We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally several months in advance, especially for larger events. This gives us enough time to plan and implement all details according to your wishes. But we will of course also try to fulfill all your wishes for short-term events.

Is the concept binding, or can I still make changes?

All suggestions are flexible. We adjust the location, catering, process and budget until everything is perfect for your event.
